Now, a decade and three shops later, led by Chef-operator Lamar Sloss, we continue to fulfill this commitment. We are dedicated to pairing local Alaska residents with the perfect cheese!

We encourage our guests not only to find their ideal cheese match but also to consider the occasion: are you melting, snacking, stacking? Our expertly selected cheese offerings cater to every craving, drawing from renowned cheesemaking regions worldwide, including Italy, France, England, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and various domestic dairies across the United States. While our cheesemongers may not have physically traversed the globe for cheese, they have journeyed through each region via taste, inviting you to embark on the same flavorful adventure.
